"Rainbow keepers" were prevented from playing funeral march at building of Rostov region's administration

The "orange action" at the building of the administration of the Rostov region in Rostov-on-Don which was to be held by radical ecological movements on Monday, August 25, did not take place. The "Rainbow Keepers" wanted to lay flowers at the building of the regional administration to the accompaniment of funeral marches as a protest against the construction of the methanol terminal in Azov.

According to preliminary information, the preparation for the action was foiled when the militia made a raid upon the camp of the "Rainbow Keepers" near Azov last weekend, detained several activists and forced them to sign an obligation not to take radical steps.
