Seminar for Chechen NGO activists in Karabulak

The Interregional Peacemaking Public Organization "Echo of War", jointly with representatives of international human rights organizations, arranged a seminar for Chechen NGO activists. It was held in the town of Karabulak, Ingushetia, on October 17-19. The seminar was focused on the issues concerned with protection of human rights in economic, social, and cultural fields. Seminar sessions were led by members of the World Organization Against Torture.
