Seminar "Classic University as Center of Social and Cultural Development in Polyethnic Region"

The All-Russian Scientific and Practical Seminar "Classic University as Center of Social and Cultural Development in Polyethnic Region" finished in Stavropol. It was arranged by the Stavropol State University jointly with the Russian Ministry of Education and the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation). Scientists from different regions of Russia and the Northern Caucasus discussed this problem, which is important for contemporary education.
