Another refugee from Chechnya was kidnapped in Nazran

Ziyavdi Lanzhuyev, a refugee from the Chechen Republic, was detained and taken away in an unknown direction by officers of unknown security agencies. It happened in Nazran on September 28. Lanzhuyev lived as a displaced person since the autumn of 1999, and, according to the words of his acquaintances, had no relation to any illegal actions. The ground of his detention is unknown. Lanzhuyev's relatives are trying to ascertain his whereabouts and further destiny, but their efforts have no effect.
