Pre-term voting in elections for State Duma being held in Chechnya today

No one international observer has declared intention to visit the republic during the elections, reported an informed source in Moscow.

Altogether over 1,000 international observers, including those for the OSCE, the Council of Europe, and a number of human rights organizations, are expected to monitor the parliamentary elections in Russia.
