Inculcation and application of European Convention on Human Rights in judicial system of Azerbaijan

This was a subject matter of the two-day seminar arranged by the Ministry of Justice with the assistance of the Council of Europe Office in Baku at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on December 1-2.

Representatives of state structures, judicial and executive bodies, and Milli Majlis deputies discussed the process of inculcation of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Experts of the Council of Europe on human rights protection spoke favorably of the work done by the Government of Azerbaijan in the field of human rights protection.
