Citizen kidnapped in Ingush town of Karabulak

On December 18, unknown people in camouflage uniform and masks kidnapped Bashir A. Mutsolgov, 1975, near his house in the town of Karabulak. As Mutsolgov's relatives say, the kidnappers left in two cars, the state registration numbers of which were almost not seen. When being stopped by police officers at the town exit, the kidnappers showed regional operations headquarters passes. Then they went by the Rostov-Baku route to the Chechen Republic.
