The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that by the agreement signed on November 10 between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, Russian military observer posts were arranged along the contact line in Nagorno-Karabakh and along the Lachin corridor passing through Berdzor. At present, the Lachin corridor is the only road that connects Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. After the announcement of the truce, civilians began to return to Nagorno-Karabakh. During 24 hours from November 24 to 25, 2000 people returned from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh with the assistance of the Russian peacekeepers.
