Volgodonsk resident punished for pro-Ukrainian slogans at Day of Russia celebration

The court has fined Nikolai Zakroev, a resident of Volgodonsk, by 30,000 roubles under the article about discrediting the Russian Army.

The Volgodonsk City Court of the Rostov Region has fined the above local resident for shouting pro-Ukrainian slogans during a motor rally on the Day of Russia, the press service of the regional branch of the FSB (Federal Security Service) has reported.

The branch has clarified that during a motor rally held in June and dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Russia, Zakroev shouted pro-Ukrainian slogans, filmed it on his mobile phone and then posted the record in social networks.
