Kadyrov's critic Alikhadjiev hospitalized with two wounds

Sherip Alikhadjiev, a former Deputy Prime Minister of Ingushetia, was hospitalized with two gunshot wounds; a case of attempted murder has been opened. According to the source, the assassination attempt on Alikhadjiev, whom Ramzan Kadyrov declared a criminal, was pre-planned.

The murder attempt on Sherip Alikhadjiev, 58, who works now as an assistant to a State Duma MP, was committed in Odintsovo, Moscow Region. An unknown person shot Alikhadjiev four times and fled. Earlier, Alikhadjiev held the post of Ingush Vice-Premier, to which he was appointed in April 2007.

In the 2000s, Alikhadjiev worked in Chechnya, and the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, called him a criminal, the "Lenta.ru" outlet has recalled.
