11 international observers has got accreditation cards at Election Commission of Karachaevo-Cherkessia

As the Chairman of the Central Election Commission A. Veshnyakov and the President of the International Assembly for Human Rights Protection (IAHRP) A. Arutyunov stated, 11 representatives of the IAHRP are registered by the Republican Central Election Commission for the period of a presidential election. They are supposed to visit all 245 polling places of Karachaevo-Cherkessia on a day of the election (August 17) and to monitor the observance of a citizens' right for a free will.
