Ruben Shugarian: "Armenia is interested in certain stability in Azerbaijan"

"Armenia is interested in certain stability in Azerbaijan as without it we can not speak about stability in the Caucasus in general and about the negotiation process", said Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Ruben Shugarian in his interview with journalists.

Answering a question on the forthcoming presidential election in Azerbaijan, he refused to make any forecasts, only noted that in the view of stability preservation "the minimum of status quo changes and shakes in Azerbaijan were desirable".
