Fighting for injections with tears in eyes

I’d like to share my troubles with you. I hope it will reach you. I'm diagnosed with cancer and going through treatment in Moscow, while I live in Ingushetia. I have a level 2 disability, and I'm supposed to get benefits, but unfortunately, I have literally to fight for injections with tears in my eyes.
