Historian Ryabchikov holds picket at District Court in Krasnodar

Historian Sergei Ryabchikov has held a picket at Oktyabrsky District Court in Krasnodar today. He is in litigation with Krasnodar District Fund of Capital Repairs for multi-unit apartment buildings. His new banner says: 'Laws are sacred, but men of law are scoundrels'.
