Historian Sergei Ryabchikov starts hunger strike

Today in Krasnodar, historian Sergei Ryabchikov has kicked off a hunger strike and held a picket at the Oktyabrsky District Court. He is in litigation with Krasnodar District Fund of Capital Repairs for multi-unit apartment buildings. He banner says: 'Outrageous lawlessness in Krasnodar: one civil case pursued by two courts! Stop lawlessness!'
